If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Request one from the billing portal in your Profile tab, or write to us at najzarpro@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Profile tab, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Outside the 14-day window, renewals already charged are not automatically refunded, but contact us at najzarpro@gmail.com if something went wrong — we look at every case.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you may have, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal.
